2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email.

• Payment Methods: We accept:

  • Mobile Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in AED and subject to change without prior notice. Errors in pricing may be corrected.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Each activity/package has a specific cancellation policy detailed on the booking page.

• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are processed per the cancellation policy and may take up to 5 business days.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior cancellation results in a 100% charge and no refund.

• Safety: We provide safety instructions and equipment. All participants must follow safety guidelines provided by staff.

• Incident Liability: Arabian Heritage Tourism is not responsible for any incidents causing harm, injury, or death during activities.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Child Policy

• General Policy: Children aged 4 to 11.99 years are charged at the child rate.

• At The Top, Burj Khalifa: Child rate applies to children 4 to 11.99 years. Children 3.99 years and below enter free.

• Theme Parks: Some parks charge by height. Children below 1.2 meters may qualify for child rates, while those below 1.99 years enter free.

• Tour Restrictions: Some tours (e.g., Seawings) do not allow children below 4.99 years.
